SWP Series Pipe Crusher

SWP series crushers are mainly used for crushing long-sized pipes and profiles. The hopper is easy to feed long-sized materials by extension, and there is no risk of blocking during the operation of the machine. Standard V-shaped cutting technology can improve the efficiency of cutting and recycling, and reduce the dust content in recycled materials.

SWP series horizontal plastic pipe crusher is mainly used for crushing relatively long pvc special shaped material, such as plastic door & window, plastic pipe, sheet, etc. There is no need to cut, once continuous feeding can be conducted.Its an ideal model for breaking all sorts of pipe material and profiled material.

(1) The special cutter is made of import-high-quality tool steel which is special durable. The adjustable installation of cutter makes the cutter can be used again and again, extends the usage lifetime.

(2) The step-shearing design of movable cutter′s pedestal decomposed and increased exponentially the cutting force.

(3) The movable cutters pedestal is made of T7A advanced high-quality tool steel which is not easy to break and tear, and fixed by high-strength steel screws(8.8 level) which is solid and durable.
